How do I purchase a Nextin Consumer Insight Report?
Go to Products > Consumer Insight Reports to find the Report that fits your needs. Click the Purchase & Access button. After entering your information you will receive the pricing details at your email for review and signature. Following your signature, you will receive an invoice which can be paid online via credit card or ACH.
How do I purchase Nextin Protocepts, Ideations, and Custom Research?
Visit the respective product page and click on "Request a Quote". Enter your information in the form and a Nextin team member will reach out to consult with you on the final scoping and price with you. After scope and price agreement, you will receive an invoice which can be paid online via credit card or ACH.
Are invoices due upon receipt?
Payment terms are available for those who have an Agreement for Services with MarketPlace Innovations, LLC. All others are due upon receipt.
What is your refund policy?

After I make a purchase will I be able to ask a report analyst or strategist follow up questions?

How do I create an account?
Complete the purchase form with the email address you intend to use to save, purchase, and download Nextin Research Packages. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an invitation to this email to complete the set up to access your purchases through our user portal.
Why don't I have a password?
Nextin does not use passwords. In lieu of a password, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address to complete your login.
When will I receive access to my purchased reports?
Access to research reports will be available in your user portal within two business days following receipt of payment (unless other payment terms have been established).
How do I access previously purchased reports?
All purchased reports will be accessible through the user portal at https://myaccount.nextinresearch.ai/account.html.

How long will I be able to access my purchases?
Purchases will be available for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to the Terms of Use for further details.

While licensed research may be downloaded multiple times, all standard Nextin purchases are for single-user licenses only. Nextin Research cannot be resold, transferred, or published in whole without express written permission by MarketPlace Innovations, LLC.
Does Nextin offer a subscription option?
We do not offer research subscriptions at this time. Our research products require a one-time purchase, unless other payment methods have been specified and agreed to.

Are the Reports printable?
Yes. Each Report is printable and will contain a watermark for tracking.
Are the online Reports searchable and interactive?
Yes. They are comprehensive, searchable, interactive reference tools accessible in your browser.
Can I segment the data available in the Reports?
Yes. Each report comes with rich, interactive charts and an Innovator's Toolkit that allow you to sub-segment the quantitative data.
Are Reports accessible on any device?
Yes, they Reports are compatible with most desktop and mobile devices.
Licensing, Usage, & Publishing
I'm a member of the media. Can I get free or discounted access to data?

Can I include data or charts in external presentations?
Yes, with proper citation: “Source: Nextin Research” and the product title.
Can I source Nextin Research from licensed materials in media interviews, social media posts, and other public content?

Can a Report be republished in its entirety?
No. Full reports cannot be republished. Individual data points or charts may be used with citation.
Can I share a Report with clients?
No. Your client would need to license it directly.
Can I share the research within my organization?

What is your survey methodology?
Nextin Research derives data from annual surveys of U.S. consumers. All survey respondents are adults living in the U.S. who are age 18 or older. Nextin recruits survey participants via a consumer panel managed by Dynata, an industry-leading first-party data provider. Sampling is balanced according to the U.S. Census for gender and region.
All data are presented as unweighted percentages and reported in the aggregate, unless otherwise noted. All surveys are administered online to a sample of representative size for the consumer category.
Nextin Research design and analysis are led by our team of researcher specialists and strategists who specialize in the food, beverage, supplement, and pet categories.
How does Nextin source the consumer panels for its research?
Nextin fields surveys online and recruits participants via a partnership with a leading first-party data provider. Sampling is balanced according to the U.S. Census for gender and region.
What sample size does Nextin use?
Sample sizes vary between reports but will always be representative of its constituent audience. For example, a report for a pet audience may sample only pet owners. In general, sample sizes range from 500 to 1,700 responses and vary depending on audience and topic.
